Alarm Sets

Multiple alarms, managed as one set

BlockWake lets you create multiple Android alarms at once. Choose the first time, how many alarms to make, and the gap between them. The resulting Alarm Set can be controlled together without losing the option to edit one alarm.

What is an Alarm Set?

An Alarm Set is a group of alarms created and managed together in BlockWake. Enter a first time, an alarm count and an interval. For example, three alarms beginning at 7:00 with a five-minute interval produce 7:00, 7:05 and 7:10. Review the generated times before saving.

Alarm Sets are for related times in one routine, such as a workday morning. You can also make standalone alarms for unrelated reminders. This page explains the feature; the step-by-step multiple-alarms guide covers setup in more detail.

Change the routine without rebuilding it

Switch the whole Alarm Set on or off together. If just one time needs a different note, schedule or Stop action, edit that alarm individually. BlockWake also offers Skip today: it cancels the remaining alarms and snoozes for the current day, while the normal repeat schedule stays in place. Resume today restores today's schedule if you change your mind.

You can choose a wake-up challenge for an alarm when a normal Stop button is too easy to press automatically. Compare BlockWake's challenge options before choosing one.

When grouped alarms make sense

Use an Alarm Set when several times belong to the same morning plan and you want one place to review them. If you need only one ring, a single alarm is simpler. If you keep adding alarms because you sleep through all of them, also consider your sleep schedule and whether the phone is configured to ring. The heavy-sleeper guide covers spacing alarms without creating a cluttered morning.

Before depending on a new routine, test it while your screen is locked. Review Android alarm access, volume and battery settings if the result is uncertain.

Quick answers

Can I edit one alarm in a set?

Yes. A set is managed together, but its alarms can be customized individually.

Does Skip today delete my repeating alarms?

No. It cancels what's left for today; the repeating schedule remains.

Can I use wake-up challenges with multiple alarms?

Yes. Choose a Stop method for the group and customize individual alarms if needed. The challenge setup guide walks through both cases.
